Attention EBT customers we will not be able to accept EBT starting April 28 due to the fact we did not exceed their 50% threshold which I disagree on and also on an inspection back in 2024. We were out of milk on one day and that’s part of the reason. We appealed their decision and still were told we would lose it for six months the only way to file a appeal is to file it with the northern District courts, which we would have to hire an attorney that practices in Federal court, and they are asking for a $5000 retainer and cost could go a lot higher and we cannot afford that. I wanted to let people know why before the Fostoria national inquire or whatever they’re called. Got a hold of it and twisted things around .We have attached a copy of the decision from them. We did nothing wrong or illegal and wanna make sure it stays that way because we know how fast rumors travel we will do our best to be able to maintain the business but unfortunately, with the loss EBT we’re not sure how long we could survive so we asked for your continued support .
