Riverwalk Chevron is looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to join our fast-paced team. Position Overview
Schedule: Part-time (2 -3 scheduled shifts per week).
Flexibility: This is a "Floater" role. Must be available to cover call-outs and vacations as needed.
Availability: Open availability is a must, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
Team Player Mentality: Support your coworkers to maintain a clean, efficient, and friendly environment.
Operational Focus: Manage transactions, assist customers, and maintain store standards without constant supervision.
Professionalism: We maintain a "phones away" policy during shifts to ensure our customers and tasks receive full attention.
Self-Starter: Proactively identify tasks that need to be done during downtime, from stocking to site maintenance.
Requirements
Legal Compliance: Must be of legal age to sell alcohol/liquor per California state law.
Reliability: Must have consistent, reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all scheduled and on-call shifts.
Motivation: A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude are essential for success at our busy location.
While this is a "floater" position, it does have potential to work into a regular part time or full time position.
