Use this week to prepare! Next week we will have some single digit lows and some days where the highs are barely above the teens.

~Check on your family, and the elderly and the young to make sure they have a way to stay warm. Use this week to prepare.

~Pets need a place to stay warm, and outside water bowls need to be checked often to ensure they aren’t froze. Use this week to prepare.

~Double check your pipes, and make sure everything is well insulated. Use this week to prepare.

~Dress in layers and don’t assume your vehicle won’t break down. Keep an emergency blanket in your vehicle for such emergencies. Use this week to prepare.

~If you want to buy some bread and milk, you won’t be judged. Get a case of water too just in case the pipes freeze. Use this week to prepare.

We could go on and on, but you get the point. It’s going to get really cold next week. Use this week to prepare.
