A heartfelt thanks to 38 Special 38 Special keyboardist/vocalist Bobby Capps Bobby Capps for stopping by the Hut yesterday for a visit and a smoke. For those of you who know or have met Bobby you are well aware it’s always a pleasure to share in his company. Congratulations to Bobby and the band on the release of their brand new album Milestone which marks 50 years for 38 Special. Wow! I first saw them in 1978 here in Ft. Myers when the Lee County Civic Center opened.
Now for us Cigar enthusiast’s Bobby‘s choice for a smoke that day was a Pappy Van Winkle Toro, a wonderfully crafted premium Drew Estate creation. Some of the To***co in the Cigar is fermented in Pappy barrels to give it an interesting and unique flavor. It is capped off with a dark To***co from Louisiana known as Perique which helps give it a robust and rich finish. These premium ci**rs can be difficult to find but as you might guess we have them available here at The Cigar Hut! So stop by and join us, and catch up with Bobby and the band as they head back on tour coming to a town near you!
