Stop in this Friday, December 27th anytime between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. for a sampling of some Wagner Family/Caymus varietals:

Sea Sun Pinot Noir - Strikingly soft, with scents of baked cherries, vanilla & brown spice.

Sea Sun Chardonnay - A perfect balance of lush & crisp — featuring scents of lemon zest and flavors of peaches & apricots.

Walking Fool - This new red wine blend is produced from Suisun Valley, a remarkable AVA that has become the Wagner family’s second home. The Walking Fool is named after a long-ago relative who was often seen traveling by foot – thus earning this affectionate moniker. Featuring Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, this wine is smooth and lively, with juicy raspberry, notes of espresso and softly fine tannins.

Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving
from your friends at Monk's.

We will be open Thanksgiving day from 10:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m.

We have a wonderful selection for the perfect wine to go with your family dinner or that special after dinner cocktail.

Few recommendations:
-Raspberry Chocolate Martini:
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
1 oz raspberry liqueur
1 oz chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz simple syrup
Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Ice cubes

Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, raspberry liqueur, chocolate liqueur, and simple syrup.
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake the mixture well to chill; Strain the cocktail into a martini glass.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.

-Enroute Pinot Noir - Aromas of fresh raspberry compote are complemented by notes of baking spice, and fresh rain on a forest floor. Generous-yet-soft strawberry preserve flavors expand on the palate, with elegant, silky tannins. A mouthwatering acidity glides across the finish
