OUR PUMPS ARE FIXED! 🥳

Just some information regarding our gas pumps -
We are truly so sorry that they haven’t been in full working order since Friday evening.
The Coalville power lines had a surge go through them at 7:35 PM. Since then, we have not been able to accept payments at the pump or manually start our pump from the inside. Unfortunately, in order to get fuel, you must prepay inside.
We have been on technical support multiple days in a row, we have had our repair technician out today (from Tripoli, Iowa - 2 hours away).
Unfortunately the surge fried the payment processor in the fuel dispenser. We are getting a new one installed hopefully tomorrow morning, Thursday at the very latest.
We are working as fast as we can to get it fixed. I promise it’s not because we don’t care, or that we don’t trust you to get fuel. We truly do our best to go above and beyond for you; to be as convenient for Coalville as we can.
What’s disheartening about this whole situation is every employee has told us how rude & disrespectful customers have been about this. We get it, it’s frustrating to have to change our routine. I promise we’re frustrated too. Just a little bit longer Cville & we’ll be back to our normal.
