Currupt, Mike Edwards, is a female rant because he has addicts as business partners ⁉️🤔 I am only doing what I agreed to doing upon payment, in which I have ALL PROOF‼️ I met this Mike guy the day they ambushed me illegally. DO NOT LOSE FOCUS ON WHAT THE “LAWSUIT” IS ACTUALLY ABOUT. THE LAWSUIT IS BASED AROUND AN “ILLEGAL LOCKOUT” WHEN AN OWNER TRIED TO COME & FORCE ME OUT, WITHOUT DUE PROCESS. In Georgia, YOU CANNOT PUT ANYONE OUT OF YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS, after residency is established, unless is court ordered by the JUDGE. Anything outside of that is ILLEGAL‼️🤷🏾‍♂️

Not only did I PAY, these folk tried to say that we are SQUATTERS (when we they gave us keys to the building & our office.🤔) when that is COMPLETELY FALSE‼️ They are saying that because under the new Georgia Squatter Act, they can have you removed WITHIN 3 DAYS, if you don’t answer (just like with a normal ‘writ of disposition’). They just didn’t know I was gone be SMART ENOUGH TO COMBAT THEM‼️ They thought they were going to scare or bully me into leaving….THEY THOUGHT WRONG‼️😆

I was in EXTREME FEAR OF MY LIFE & UNDER DURESS, I just did whatever they asked me to, until I was back to safety.

I am an independent business owner, that gets harassed DAILY by people thinking that I’m just a “regular Joe” because of how down to earth I carry myself.

This process was extremely hard for me….because I am currently representing MYSELF, no one could help me at the courthouse. They can’t give legal advice, so me & Google made love to each other & GOT IT DONE‼️

ARE ALL THE BUSINESSES OWNERS IN ATLANTA SCAMMERS⁉️🤔

These folk tried to do an illegal lockout after a young kid got shot in the building across from ours, owned by the fruitcake in the white polo shirt. I simply told them that I DO NOT OWE THESE FOLK ANY MONEY, I don’t have anything to do with the ILLEGAL DRUGS & GUNS found on the premises & I AINT GOING NOWHERE UNLESS A “JUDGE” tells me I have to. Furthermore, I ain’t even been here 30 days, so, HELL NO, we won’t go & the law gone stand with us.

This man thought by him being a millionaire & having several properties he can handle me how he wants to, but I showed him REAL FAST‼️😤 The East Point Police Officers coerced me into a verbal contract, UNDER DURESS, after I refused to leave unlawfully. They made me (with guns everywhere, while they took mine) agree to leave in 30 days & if I don’t, she would PERSONALLY COME PUT US OUT & say we are squatters.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

How mfn so, SWAY⁉️ Didn’t yall just get shown proof of residency & still gone try me like this⁉️ How did I get keys to the building & to my office⁉️ I told the lady that if she forced me to do this, then she gone force me to go above their heads & SUE‼️🤷🏾‍♂️ They handled me ANYWAYS, tried to bribe me with $1000 cash to leave RN & a whole bunch of other ILLEGAL MESS❗️ I am sick & tired of people stereotyping me & playing with my name & brand, THIS TIME I TOOK ACTION‼️

In the State of Georgia, THE ONLY PERSON THAT CAN PUT YOU OUT ARE MARSHALLS, WITH A COURT ORDER SIGNED BY A JUDGE❗️ No police officer, code enforcement or PROPERTY OWNER can legally do that without a judge….THESE ARE FACTS‼️😤

This is when the first Representative was transferring me to her Supervisor, who could further assist me with my situation. I put out the FACTS, this is the CONCLUSION, PART 2, of how to remove accounts that are ILLEGALLY REPORTING to your credit profile‼️

Without going in front of a judge for litigation, myself, Aqua Finance & Debt Recovery Solutions chose to uphold the law to its fullest extend & respect that my debt was paid 100%. With that being said, my account should reflect a ZERO BALANCE in ANY DATABASE, or my constitutional rights are being HEAVILY VIOLATED‼️

Thanks Aqua Finance & debtrecoverysolutions , you will NOT be sought after in court‼️🦾

A few weeks ago, I came on here & told yall that I sent off certified letters to have a collection account, that’s reflecting on my personal credit profile, removed. Well, ALL THOSE ACCOUNTS have been PERMANENTLY REMOVED as if they were never there‼️😤🙏🏾

STAY CONSISTENT when you are battling derogatory marks on your personal & business credit profiles. YOU HAVE LAWS & THEY CAN’T JUST THROW RANDOM THINGS ON YOUR CREDIT, JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE “SAYS” YOU OWE THEM SOMETHING‼️Can the debt collector produce your WET SIGNATURE on the ORIGINAL CONTRACT that you NEVER SIGNED with them⁉️🤔 Nah, don’t work like that….

This is my ACTUAL PHONE CALL to Debt Recovery Solutions, the third party company Aqua Finance sold my debt to, which explains EVERYTHING WENT AS PLANNED.🙌🏾
