made by dropping a shot glass of Irish whiskey and Irish cream (like Baileys) into a pint of Guinness stout, then drinking it quickly before the cream curdles.

IRISH MULE:
A refreshing, three-ingredient cocktail combining 2 oz Irish whiskey (e.g., Jameson), 0.5–1 oz fresh lime juice, and 4–6 oz ginger beer, usually served in a copper mug with ice and a lime garnish. It is a twist on the classic Moscow Mule, replacing vodka with whiskey for a spicy, caramel-noted flavor.

DUBLIN DONKEY:
A refreshing cocktail featuring Jameson Black Barrel, a premium, richer Irish whiskey aged in double-charred barrels. It mixes 2 oz Black Barrel, 3 oz ginger beer, and lime, offering caramel and nutty notes.
