To our incredible A1A Cidery family — we have some bittersweet news to share. 🍺❤️

After some beautiful years serving our Fernandina Beach community, we are closing our doors as a public taproom. It has been an absolute honor pouring for you, celebrating with you, and being a small part of so many of your memories. From the bottom of our hearts — thank you. Every pint, every visit, every kind word meant the world to us.

The good news? Our cider isn't going anywhere. We will continue producing for our fellow service industry businesses, so you'll still be able to find that taste you love at your favorite local spots.

And we couldn't be more excited to share what's coming next for this space. The team behind Philly Boyz — Nassau County's original cheesesteak operation since 2008 — has purchased the business and will be opening their new home right here. We can't think of better hands to carry on the spirit of this place.

Thank you, Fernandina Beach. Your years of support have meant everything. This isn't goodbye — it's a handoff to the next great chapter. 🤙

Today we mourn. The change in our downtown character was avoidable and against the will of citizens. It’s sad.

Yes, we have parking and are near enough to downtown to walk. We welcome our friends to use it. Please know; this invitation isn’t sent as a flex. We fought hard to stop this. So this isn’t a day to celebrate a ‘business opportunity’ as other businesses with free parking may. Instead, it’s a band aid with what we can offer while the work to return to the character of our town continues.
