Wine and spirit of the week- Bixby Creek Cabernet Sauvignon and Cazcanes Blanco

What better way to cool off and relax this summer than with a crisp margarita, or with a delicious cab paired with some steak or ribs off the grill!

Bixby Creek Cabernet is the perfect complement to red meats, burgers and roasted meats. Aromas of cassis, black cherry and cocoa lead into ripe tannins and notes of blackberry, dark chocolate and to***co on the palate.

Our Cazcanes tequila from Jalisco, Mexico is a brand that focuses on high quality and boutique style tequila while also using ecofriendly production practices. Organic, sustainable farming, recycled glass bottles and hand selected blue Webber agave leads to a delicious, high-quality product that you can feel good about buying. As for taste it is top tier with baking spice, fresh citrus, dark cherries and sweet agave on the nose. Wine and Spirit of the Week- Pommery Brut Apanage and Traveller Whiskey

Hello everyone, we hope you all enjoyed the weekend! We have a delicious pick for our wine and spirit of the week.

Pommery Brut Apanage is a store favorite. The perfect bubbly for all those special occasions or just when you want something elegant to sip. A delicious buttery texture, bright citrus and a finish of white fruit. The perfect addition to your summer relaxation routine.

Traveller Whiskey is a first of its kind collab between Master distiller Harlen Wheatley, of Buffalo Trace and Grammy Award winning artist Chris Stapleton. Over 50 different blends were sampled with blend No. 40 being the chosen combination with the perfect, curated finish. The palate shows a hint of sweetness, spice, toasted nut and oak with a robust finish. On the nose it has a complex aroma with layers of vanilla, aged fruit, buttery shortbread, caramel and oak.

Wine and Spirit of the Week- White Cloud Sauvignon Blanc and Copper & Cask Bourbon

Hello Friends, it's the exciting part of our Monday where we get to tell you about our Featured products for this week!

White Cloud Sauvignon Blanc is a fabulous wine from Marlborough, New Zealand. It shows the quintessential tropical notes of grapefruit, and citrus but with a quality and lightness signature to this wine. It is best paired with seafood and shellfish but perfect to enjoy anytime.

Copper & Cask is a limited private batch bourbon. aromas of rich coffee and cocoa powder greet you, followed by flavors of lively citrus peel reminiscent of grapefruit and orange. This transitions to deeper notes of cherry cola and maple syrup with a long finish of molasses and leather.

Ponnelle Saint- Veran Chardonnay and Heaven Hill Bottled In Bond

Hello friends, what a beautiful weekend we had for July 4th! We have everything you need to re stock after the holiday weekend. Including some fantastic wine and spirit features!

Pierre Ponnelle Saint Veran is mad from 100% chardonnay grapes from the burgundy region of France. It is fermented in stainless steel vats and spends 7 months aging on the lees. This is a very aromatic wine with white fruits and citrus on the nose. On the palate it is dry, well rounded and soft with notes of fresh white fruit like peace, white flowers and a touch of flint on the finish.

Heaven Hill Bottled in Bond Bourbon is a 7-year bourbon that does its makers proud. Bottled at 100 proof it is bold but refined. smooth, warm and sweet it gives you notes of caramel, honey, oak and a nice light char balanced by subtle notes of rye spice.

Hello friends, it's time to introduce our cellar club feature for this week. Another amazing Italian wine from just south of Florence. Where the constant sea breeze helps to create the perfect conditions for the vermentino grape.

This Italian white is perfect to pair with shellfish and salmon. It has an intense nose with pleasant floral, fruity notes of citrus, hawthorn blossoms and peach pulp.

Wine and Spirit of the week- Aquarelle Rose and Elijah Craig Single barrel

Happy Fourth of July friends! We have all your last-minute spirits and wine needs for the upcoming holiday. Plenty of hard seltzers and canned cocktails for those parties. Not to mention our featured wine and spirits.

Aquarelle California Rose is a Provence style rose from the central coast of California, where the climate is ideal for this style. Slow fermentation in Steele tanks provides crisp notes of strawberries, melon, cherry and citrus on the nose. On the palate this wine is crisp and refreshing with a touch of minerality followed closely by bright fruit notes.

Our Elijah Craig Private Barrel is a single barrel bourbon from a talented distiller. This barrel was selected specifically by the staff here for its unique and enchanting flavor. Rich, with the classic notes of spice, brown sugar, orchard fruit and a hint of oak.

Hello Friends looks like it's going to be a hot week. We have an amazing white wine to help you cool down and relax, or the perfect gin for a refreshing cocktail.

La Tourelle Sancerre comes from the distinct region of Sancerre France. Known for their high-quality wines made form 100% sauvignon Blanc grapes. This excellent wine is no exception. A lovely pale gold color it showcases aromas of citrus and crisp fruit like pears. On the palate you will find lemon zest, wildflowers and delicious notes of stone fruit.

Empress Gin 1908 has been a favorite household brand for years. Now they have come up with new ways to entice our tastebuds. This Elderflower rose gin is light, floral and perfect for all those summer cocktails.

Wine and spirit of the week- La Lecciaia Brunello 2018 and 19th Tee Scotch

Hello friends, we are gearing up for Father's Day and our featured selections this week are just the thing to help celebrate.

La Lecciaia Brunello is the perfect wine for all those meat-eating dads out there, it also has great cellaring potential as well. The robust body and tannic finish pairs well with red meats, game and hard cheeses. Notes of cherry cola, vanilla and leather on the nose. On the palate you get deep notes of dark chocolate and orange with a nice acidity and strident tannins.
