CASHIER HELP WANTED -

Lake Country Convenience & Bait has a part time Cashier position open. This position is every other Saturday and Sunday. Saturday's shift runs from 12 pm till 7:00 pm. Sunday's shift is 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. In addition to fuel and convenience items, we sell bait, tackle, locally sourced items and so much more. Our customers are second to none and you work with a great team of coworkers.

Lake Country Convenience & Bait is located in Shieldsville, a small, relaxed, rural community across from Lake Mazaska.

Must be 21 or older to apply.

Applications can be picked up in person at our store.

Please Exercise Extreme Caution -

When out fishing during these warm freeze warm freeze conditions, please use extreme caution. I just spoke with a gentleman that was walking, yes walking, on Shields lake and he went through. He said he was fortunate that there were others on the lake that came to his aid. Attached is a photo of where he went through on the south side of the lake off the DNR WMA location. The area is highlighted in yellow.

Due to deteriorating road conditions, Lake Country Convenience & Bait will be closing at 5:30 this evening.

Normal operating hours resume this Saturday at 6:00 am. Due to ongoing repairs, fuel dispensing and credit/debit card transactions will not be available. However, our retail store will remain open, accepting cash payments only.
