Some great new wines, a non alcoholic bubbly, pre made Jell-O shots, the remaining bottles of our 10 year 132 proof barrel pick, and some beautiful custom knives made right here in Fairview by Ballick Blades.

Finally! Early in the year we made the trek to Heaven Hill Distillery and sampled through 8 barrels. This was the first one we tasted but we continued tasting just to be sure. We kept going back to this one barrel after barrel but this one was the standout, it had everything we were looking for, complexity, long finish, great mouth feel, and it drank smooth for the estimated proof. Coming in at just over 10 years and 132 proof, this bottle will not disappoint! Bottles are available starting today and are on a first come first served basis. No limits and each bottle gets you entered for a drawing coming later in the season. Winning ticket gets choice off of our big allocation drop from Buffalo trace at retail pricing! As always we will have a tasting bottle open and encourage you to try before buying. Cheers!

Back in January we made the trek up to Bardstown to pick a barrel of Elijah Craig. It’s always a great experience up there and the choices did not disappoint! We ended up tasting through 7 barrels and unanimously chose the very first one we sampled 10 years and 132 proof yet drinks way too easy for the proof.
