Exciting news! Late last year we started talks of doing another barrel pick of bourbon from Leiper's Fork Distillery but with a twist, the bourbon would be further aged in a honey infused barrel. Leipers fork agreed and the final product has been bottled for us! The bourbon sat in the honey barrel for just over three months and we tasted it periodically until it was what we wanted. The honey was sourced from the distillery property and the breakdown is in the attached photos. Proof is at 106 which we feel is perfect, just enough heat and then the honey comes in on the finish. We do have a small amount to sample before the barrel arrives if you want to stop in and try it. These will retail at 99. Please respond if interested, thank you.

Just wanted to thank everyone that came out to Fairview liquors and Fairview gifts for our open house yesterday, special thanks to Krewe Kitchen: Authentic Cajun Cuisine for the amazing crawfish, Castellaw bread with their amazing cookies and breads, children’s book author Kathleen Davis, Leiper’s Fork Distillery, Dulce Vita tequila, Trevor Panarello for the great music, and Southern Link for tasty samples. The weather cooperated with us and all in all it was a fun day, thanks again for making it a success!

Great day at Fairview liquors! Crawfish sold out, sourdough bread sold out, and Gordon o Mally scored a George t stagg, Brandon jones got the 10 year old rip, and Fred Kane snagged the 12 year lot b! Thanks to all that came out today it is always great to see everyone!

Join us tomorrow (4/5) for our spring open house! We will have live music, wine tastings, spirit tastings, Carrillo ci**rs, crawfish, gift shop specials, and even a children’s book author signing copies of her book (10 am). Live music starts at 1 pm and crawfish will be ready for purchase at noon!
