This Saturday, May 23, from 12–6 PM, we’re excited to welcome winemaker Patricio Paso Viola of AUXOR Cellars to Sunset Suisun for a special Meet the Winemaker tasting.

By day, Patricio is part of the winemaking team at TOR, crafting some of Napa Valley’s most sought-after wines. But here in Suisun Valley, he’s pursuing a deeply personal vision through AUXOR: wines rooted in place, precision, and passion.

A Fairfield local with serious talent and an incredible palate, Patricio is proving that world-class wine doesn’t only come from famous zip codes. Come meet the man behind the bottles, hear the stories, and taste what happens when Napa-level craftsmanship meets Suisun Valley soul.

A place is really about the people you share it with. 🍷☀️

We had a wonderful time at Visit Fairfield’s National Tourism Week celebration, gathering with friends, neighbors, and colleagues from across Suisun Valley and beyond to share food, wine, stories, and each other’s company.

Our Sunset Suisun crew brought the warm, friendly energy we’ve become known for, along with two wines that matched the vibe: vibrant Valdiguié and bold Petite Sirah.

We love this valley. We love California. And events like this remind us that community is what turns a beautiful place into somewhere people truly want to return to, again and again.

Grateful for the people who make this corner of wine country feel alive. 🍇✨

From Sunrise to Sunset is a one-session, deeply fun tasting experience where we move through four coffees with Kelly Abbott (certified Q grader), pair it with a locally made pastry, then bridge that journey into a curated wine flight.

To the ones who carry us “From Sunrise to Sunset”… this one’s for Mom.

This Mother’s Day, Sunday May 10th (11–1pm), we’re celebrating her the Sunset way, with the beverages she deserves at every hour. Morning starts with a curated coffee flight from Kelly Abbott of Unleashed Coffee Roasters (certified Q grader), paired with pastry from . Then we ease into the afternoon with a wine flight guided by our certified sommelier team.

It’s a full-circle experience, where bright aromatics, silky textures, and that signature Sunset acidity show up in both the cup and the glass. A little education, a lot of joy, and the perfect excuse to slow down together.

Sunshine, great wine, and a valley full of friends. ☀️🍷

Passport Sunday is one of our favorite days of the year in Suisun Valley. The weather showed up, the vibes were perfect, and the valley was filled with neighbors, visitors, and wine lovers discovering what makes this place so special.

We had the joy of pouring alongside our friends from Novak & Mason Cellars and King Andrews Vineyard, three small family producers sharing the wines we care deeply about. These kinds of collaborations are the heart and soul of Sunset Suisun and of Suisun Valley itself.

Thank you to everyone who came out, raised a glass with us, and spent the day celebrating the community that makes this valley such a special place to grow and share wine. 🍇🍷

A walk through Parenti Vineyard, the oldest vineyard in Solano County and the only Historic Vineyard in the region.

Vineyard management is truly an art and a labor of love. These old head-pruned vines stand like living sculptures, each one shaped by decades of careful hands and hard work. It’s an honor for us to work with this vineyard and to share the fruit of that dedication with you.

The 2020 Parenti Vineyard Carignan is now available at Sunset Suisun. Come taste a piece of Solano County history. 🍷🌿

Thanks for visiting us and for the awesome hype video. 🍷

In his post, Kazuki talked about how every journey begins with failure, and how persistence is what keeps the story moving forward. That really captures something true about wine. Behind every bottle is a long path of trial and tribulation. What you see on the shelf is the best of what survived.

At every winery, there’s also a quiet river of wines that didn’t quite make it. That’s just part of the craft.

If you ever visit, ask us about the war stories. Every winemaker has at least a few battle scars to show. Come through and experience Suisun Valley for yourself. 🍷

What a special weekend on the Spring Wine Train at the Western Railway Museum. 🚂🍷

We were honored to represent Suisun Valley at this wonderful annual event, where visitors from across the Bay Area came to ride the historic trains, enjoy the beautiful period cars, and discover local wines along the way.

Fah had the best time pouring for both longtime wine lovers and curious first-timers, sharing stories about our wines and introducing many guests to Suisun Valley for the very first time.

Events like this remind us how much we love being part of this community and helping more people discover the valley we call home.

Thanks to everyone who rode the train, raised a glass with us, and made it such a joyful weekend. 🚂✨🍷

Happy Easter from Sunset Suisun! 🌱

Spring is waking up in our Estate Vineyard. The vines are pushing out fresh green leaves and the first tiny baby grape clusters are starting to show. For many of our club members who adopted these vines, this is the moment when the new vintage really begins.

It’s a great reminder that wine is a long journey that starts right here in the vineyard.
