Ingredients (Serves 1):

1 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz Skim Milk (or substitute with whole milk or cream for extra richness)

🍬 Ingredients (makes about 12 shots):
- 1 (3 oz) box cherry Jello
- 1 (3 oz) box blue raspberry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water (1 cup per flavor)
- 1 cup cold vodka (½ cup per flavor)
- Assorted Pop Rocks (cherry, watermelon, blue raspberry)
- Sparkling sugar or sanding sugar (for ri***ng)
- Corn syrup (to help sugar stick)

💣 Directions:

1. **Prep your shot cups** –
Dip rims in corn syrup, then coat in sparkling sugar. Set aside.

2. **Make the first layer (cherry)** –
Dissolve cherry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in ½ cup vodka + ½ cup cold water. Pour halfway into each shot cup. Chill 45–60 minutes until just firm.

3. **Add some *bang*** –
Just before the first layer sets completely, sprinkle a small pinch of Pop Rocks in the center (they’ll stay semi-trapped in the middle!).

4. **Make the second layer (blue raspberry)** –
Repeat the Jello process with blue raspberry flavor and pour on top of the set cherry layer. Chill until fully set (at least 2 hours).

5. **Final sparkle** –
Just before serving, sprinkle extra Pop Rocks on top for an extra pop. Serve immediately after topping to keep the crackle alive!
