We are a craft beer bar/restaurant/bottleshop located in the Willamette Valley that specializes in providing the finest craft beer selection between Portland and San Francisco. We have been recognized by the Eugene Weekly, Craftbeer.com, and USA Today as one of the best beer bars in the region. Since 2005 we have grown from a small, 12-tap bar to a beer hall with 30 taps and over 1,000 bottles. We

keep our product fresh and cold at all times, and our staff knows what's up with beer. We use proper glassware and serving sizes so you can enjoy your beer the way it was meant to be. We serve excellent food, including panini sandwiches, traditional German dishes, and local seasonal dishes that change bimonthly. What does Oregon taste like?

Today we're featuring several beers from the Oregon Homegrown Project, a statewide collaboration between Oregon breweries, Crosby Hop Farms, and Imperial Yeast designed to showcase one of the most influential hops in craft beer history: Cascade.

Originally released in 1972, Cascade hops helped define the American craft beer movement. This year's project features Crosby's Deep Cut Cascade—a unique version harvested later in the season, allowing the hop oils to develop further and create brighter, more expressive citrus and floral characteristics.

The coolest part? Every brewery started with the same featured hop, but created something completely different.

If you've ever wanted to explore how one ingredient can express itself in completely different ways, this is a pretty delicious place to start.

The World Cup is officially underway, and we’ll be showing every match at The Bier Stein. ⚽🍻

Celebrating a goal? Acceptable.

Spilling your beer? Red card.

We’re open at 12PM today, with cold drinks, great food, and plenty of screens to catch the action.

Day two of Eugene Beer Week and today is Stein Can-Struction! 🍺🎨

Think you've got what it takes to turn a simple beer can into a masterpiece? Looking for something to do with the family? Want to get creative?

Join us today for this free, family-friendly Eugene Beer Week event! We'll provide the cans, paint, brushes, and plenty of inspiration. You bring the creativity (and maybe a few questionable artistic decisions).

Create your can masterpiece, give it a name, and leave it on display all Eugene Beer Week long. Then let the people decide!

Guests will vote for their favorite creation, and the artist with the most votes will take home an awesome prize basket on June 8.
