Wh***ey Sour

Ingredients:

2 oz. Benchmark Bourbon
3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
2 to 3 drops of Angostura bitters

Instructions:

1. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Shake, without ice, for 60 seconds.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and drop the bitters on the top. Serve!
