Guinness Braised Beef with Honey Herb Rainbow Carrots and Mashed Potatoes. Our take on Guinness Beef Stew. Midori Clover Club. Midori, Gin, Cointreau, Dry Vermouth, Lemon Juice, Aquafaba or Egg white and finished with a spray of Lime Bitters Pistachio Cheesecake with pistachio cream and cream cheese frosting.

Special thanks to everyone who came out to support us this Valentine's Day and hopefully we were able to make your special night better. I know we had some hiccups but luckily we were able to bounce back and in the future improve even more. And thank you to the staff for working hard as they can. It was no easy task but we accomplished a lot. Hopefully in the future we can do more of these kind of nights.
