Bottle n' Cork was established in 2006 by the Eskwith family who where involved in the industry for years in the Vail Valley. for 4 years in the valley.
In September of 2016 Forrest Knapp and Mike Rindone took ownership of the shop and kept the name and several of the seasoned employees. Rindone owns the Belmont deli next door to the shop. Knapp owned a catering company in the valley for the last decade and was a wine rep. The new owners have cleaned up and organized the shop. The new owners are really focused on bringing in new labels across the whole shop. Another big focus is to keep pricing competitive with other stores in the area.
