Mega CO-OP has a centralized Support Center and 40+ convenience stores. This positions serves the Operations Department by providing administrative support in a service-driven culture!

• Prepares internal and external correspondence, memos, reports, and/or other complex documents with a high degree of independence and discretion.
• Schedules meetings/appointments
• Arranges travel plans/itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings for the leadership team.
• Assists with department projects.
• Prepares and prints materials for meetings and store visits.
• Attends departments meetings and provides meeting minutes and action items to the team.
• Maintains fuel book information.
• Maintains tracking and reporting for company mystery shops.
• Utilizes programs and conducts projects related to commissary business.
• Maintains an organized system of filing paper and electronic documents.
• Organizes and accomplishes printing and laminating projects.
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.
