And for nearly as long as we've been holding this special event, Phil Gasbarro Liquors Phil Gasbarro Liquors has been there to make sure the w**e is every bit as spectacular as the food.
Located at 618 Warren Avenue in East Providence, Phil Gasbarro Liquors is a family-owned business that has been part of the community since 1962. For generations, the Gasbarro family has built their business around family, community and giving back — and the Carousel has been fortunate enough to be one of the organizations they continue to support. ❤️🎠
For our Food & W**e Pairing, we have a very special person to thank:
Nicole Gasbarro. ❤️
Year after year, Nicole works behind the scenes to coordinate with the w**e distributors who participate in our event. She brings together 10+ distributors, each selecting and providing w**es specifically to complement the incredible food our participating restaurants prepare.
Think about that for a moment.
Ten or more distributors.
Multiple restaurants.
Multiple food pairings.
Countless bottles.
And an incredible amount of coordination behind the scenes.
All so that when you walk through the doors of the Carousel on September 24, you can enjoy that perfect bite of food followed by the perfect sip of w**e. 🍽️🍷
And like our restaurants, this isn't simply a business transaction.
It's generosity. It's community. It's supporting the Carousel.
