To our valued customers,

I wanted to reach out directly to clarify a recent online story from KCRG regarding Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing (IDIAL) inspections. These routine inspections are conducted throughout the state, and our Earlville store was included in the recent coverage.

During our inspection, we were cited for a few minor infractions, all of which have been promptly addressed and corrected. However, due to an unfortunate editing error on KCRG's part, an online advertisement was placed in such a way that it made a more serious infraction from a different restaurant appear as though it was associated with our Earlville location. KCRG has since corrected this mistake.

We understand that some of you may have seen the story before the correction and noticed the confusion, which led to understandable reactions on social media. My goal in sending this message is to set the record straight—you can rest assured that we are fully committed to the health and safety standards in all of our stores.
