It is a hot one out there today, and we are cooling things down with four crisp, refreshing whites at tonight's free tasting. Come hang with us from 4:00 to 7:00 PM!

🥂 Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc 2024 – Sleek, mineral, and citrus-bright. Low alcohol and built for hot days.

🥂 Amity Vineyards White Pinot Noir 2023 – Yes, Pinot Noir made as a white wine. Stone fruit, apple blossom, and a palate that will surprise you. 92 Points, Decanter.

🥂 Steinschaden Grüner Veltliner Classic – Austria's signature white grape done right. Apple, citrus, and a classic peppery finish. 92 Points, Decanter.

🥂 Alegre y Valgañon Blanco Rioja 2024 – Old-school Rioja white with real depth and character. Mostly Viura with a touch of Garnacha, aged over a year in French oak. A wine with something to say.

🥂 Louis Roederer "Collection 246" NV – One of the most exciting non-vintage Champagnes being made right now. Biodynamic, precise, and absolutely delicious.

🍷 Maysara "Three Degrees" Pinot Noir 2020 – Biodynamic Willamette Valley Pinot made by the three Momtazi sisters. Blackberry, black cherry, silky tannins.

🧊 Lost Lore Blanco Tequila – Additive-free highland tequila from Los Altos, Jalisco. Cooked agave, bright citrus, clean peppery finish. Trust us on this one.

Join us tonight at Bear's General in Three Springs for our free weekly wine tasting, every Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.

Here's what we're pouring:

🥂 The Better Half Sauvignon Blanc 2025 – Marlborough, New Zealand. Vibrant and aromatic with passion fruit, nectarine, and lemon zest. Pure summer in a glass and a Wine Enthusiast Best Buy.

🍷 Rus Jimenez Manchuela 2020 – Spain. A rare grape, an organic family farm, and a wine that is genuinely unlike anything else. Dark berries, savory depth, and a finish that lingers.

🥂 Au Bon Climat Chardonnay 2023 – Santa Barbara, California. Burgundian-inspired, neutral oak aged, and beautifully precise. A classic from one of California's most respected producers.

🍷 Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir 2024 – Santa Barbara, California. Silky and expressive with spiced cherry, hibiscus, and a long polished finish. A food wine through and through.

🥂 Banshee "Ten of Cups" Sparkling Brut NV – a creamy, fruit-forward California sparkler made in the traditional Champagne method. 90 points, Wine Enthusiast.

🍷 Domaine Philippe Alliet "Chinon" 2023 – organically farmed Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley, wild yeast fermented, aged in concrete. Pure and expressive.

🥃 Tipo Bueno Mezcal – 100% Espadín, copper-distilled in Oaxaca by one of the region's finest mezcaleros. Built for sharing.

🌸 Château Pigoudet "Première" Rosé — A classic Provence rosé with white peach, watermelon, and a crisp, refreshing finish. Pure summer in a glass.

🌸 Domaine de la Chanteleuserie Bourgueil Rosé — A beautiful French rosé from the Loire Valley with floral aromas, fresh strawberry, and a bright citrus finish.
