It still feels like summer out there, so we're pouring w**es that actually work for a day like this. Come by tonight from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Our tastings are every Wednesday and always free.

🥂 Steland & Mar "SAUVIGNON BLANC" 2024 · Lime, grapefruit, and green apple with hints of sea spray. Crisp minerality and a bright finish that keeps you coming back.

🍷 Angelo Negro "THE PIEDMONT GUY" UNFILTERED VINO ROSSO 2023 · Cherry and violet with candied red fruit. Unfiltered and a little cloudy, which means it's alive. Chill it and shake.

🍷 Henri Dufrères "COTEAUX BOURGUIGNONS" · Real Burgundy without the price tag. Bright cherry and raspberry with a distinct black pepper edge. Stainless steel aged for maximum freshness.

🥂 Evolucio "FURMINT" · Tokaj, Hungary · 2024
100% Furmint aged entirely in stainless steel, bright and unoaked with citrus, green apple, and apricot, plus brisk acidity to keep it crisp.

🍷 Evolucio "BLAUFRÄNKISCH" · Mittelburgenland, Austria · 2023
A juicy, structured red from right along the Hungarian border, with fresh cherry, cranberry, and violet, plus firm tannins.

🥂 Hugl-Wimmer "GRÜNER VELTLINER" · Niederösterreich, Austria · 2024
Pale straw with citrus, green apple, and that classic Grüner white pepper snap, poured generously from a 1.0L bottle.

🥂 Squealing Pig "SAUVIGNON BLANC" · Marlborough, New Zealand · 2025 Passionfruit and herbaceous aromas, crisp citrus, long finish. Classic Kiwi Sauv Blanc.

🌸 PIERRES DORÉES "LES LILIS" CÔTEAUX BOURGUIGNONS 2025 - Fresh strawberry, wild raspberry, and floral notes with bright acidity. Pure summer in a glass.

🌸 MAISON BOUTINOT CUVÉE EDALISE 2025 - A classic Provence rosé with white peach, redcurrant, and mandarin zest. Crisp, dry, and mineral.

A red vinho verde that's light, fresh, and surprisingly full of personality. Serve it chilled.
