Happy Wednesday, Durango! 🍷

Join us tonight at Bear's General in Three Springs for our free weekly wine tasting, every Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.

Here's what we're pouring:

🥂 The Better Half Sauvignon Blanc 2025 – Marlborough, New Zealand. Vibrant and aromatic with passion fruit, nectarine, and lemon zest. Pure summer in a glass and a Wine Enthusiast Best Buy.

🍷 Rus Jimenez Manchuela 2020 – Spain. A rare grape, an organic family farm, and a wine that is genuinely unlike anything else. Dark berries, savory depth, and a finish that lingers.

🥂 Au Bon Climat Chardonnay 2023 – Santa Barbara, California. Burgundian-inspired, neutral oak aged, and beautifully precise. A classic from one of California's most respected producers.

🍷 Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir 2024 – Santa Barbara, California. Silky and expressive with spiced cherry, hibiscus, and a long polished finish. A food wine through and through.

Happy Wednesday, wine friends! 🍷 We're pouring tonight from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and we'd love to see you.

On the bar:
🥂 Banshee "Ten of Cups" Sparkling Brut NV – a creamy, fruit-forward California sparkler made in the traditional Champagne method. 90 points, Wine Enthusiast.

🍷 Domaine Philippe Alliet "Chinon" 2023 – organically farmed Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley, wild yeast fermented, aged in concrete. Pure and expressive.

🥃 Tipo Bueno Mezcal – 100% Espadín, copper-distilled in Oaxaca by one of the region's finest mezcaleros. Built for sharing.

This week we're pouring three beautiful summer wines:

🍊 Stolpman "Love You Bunches" Orange — A fun and expressive California orange wine bursting with tropical fruit and citrus. A great introduction to orange wine if you've never tried one!

🌸 Château Pigoudet "Première" Rosé — A classic Provence rosé with white peach, watermelon, and a crisp, refreshing finish. Pure summer in a glass.

🌸 Domaine de la Chanteleuserie Bourgueil Rosé — A beautiful French rosé from the Loire Valley with floral aromas, fresh strawberry, and a bright citrus finish.

🥂 Fogscape Vineyards Chardonnay, Arroyo Seco, Monterey
Rich and silky with aromas of creme brulee, tropical fruit, and toasted brioche. A total showstopper.

🍷 Presqu'ile 2024 Gamay, Santa Maria Valley
Bright, expressive, and full of personality. Cool-climate Gamay done beautifully.

🍷 Browne Family Vineyards, Gigi's Garden Red Blend (1 Liter)
Rose petal, red cherry, and Santa Rosa plum. Light, charming, and made for sharing.

A bright Sonoma white bursting with peach, pear, citrus, and tropical fruit. Crisp, fresh, and made for patio weather.

Marqués de Cáceres Crianza
Classic Rioja with black fruit, baking spice, silky tannins, and just the right amount of oak. Elegant, smooth, and wildly easy to love.

Jeff Runquist “1448” Red Blend
A bold Amador County red named after the winery’s 1,448-foot elevation in Shenandoah Valley. Deep dark fruit, toasted spice, French oak, and plush texture with enough structure for steak night.
