We’re happy to report that we’re back up and running!

Our cooler issues have been resolved, and Krispy Krunchy Chicken is once again available at Ellis Variety & Diner. We’d like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding while we worked through the unexpected equipment failure.

Hi everyone,

We wanted to let you know that one of our coolers unexpectedly went down today, and unfortunately we lost our Krispy Krunchy Chicken inventory for this afternoon.

Because of this, we won’t have Krispy Krunchy Chicken or our menu specials available today.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. As a small local business, situations like this are never easy, but we’re already working to get everything back up and running as quickly as possible.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support of Ellis Variety & Diner. Thank you for supporting local—we have the best customers around.

We’ll post an update as soon as Krispy Krunchy Chicken is available again.
