🌍 About Troy’s Journey
For the past 6 years, Troy has been based in Costa Rica, sharing his gifts with people from around the world—traveling across Central America, the U.S., Canada, Egypt, and Europe as a channel for inner transformation.

His spiritual awakening began in 2013 through music, eventually leading him to Rishikesh, India in 2019 where he received his Yoga Teacher Training and experienced a life-changing sound journey that ignited his path as a sound therapist.

💃 Movement as Medicine
As a passionate dancer and facilitator, Troy created Assomatic Release Therapy (ART)—a powerful somatic experience that uses movement, hip activation, and lower body release to help process stored trauma and stress within the body.
