W**e has a sweet spot for temperature, and it isn’t fridge-cold. Thankfully, our w**e chiller keeps bottles right where they should be, so they’re ready to enjoy the moment you get home.

Our fridge stays around 50°, which is cooler than the shelf but not as icy as your home fridge or the b**r cooler. Inside, you’ll find everything from sparkling and rosé to French whites, Chardonnay, and Vinho Verde, plus canned w**e, big bottles, and boxes.

If you've visited us, you may have noticed the large w**e fridge in the store. We don't talk about it enough, but it's about time we did.

Inside is a temperature-controlled collection of w**es we've kept tucked away in the back of the store for years: rare Burgundies, super limited-edition domestic w**es, vintage ports, and more. Some bottles are very special occasion worthy, and some are more approachable than you might expect.

They are locked up for safekeeping, but stop in and ask us to show you what's inside. If you have a special occasion coming up or just want to explore something truly unique, this is worth a look! 🍷

Your seasonal apple c***r just got a boozy twist! 🍎

The Jameson Apple C***r cocktail is the perfect way to enjoy a crisp fall day, combining the warmth of Irish wh***ey with crisp apple c***r and a hint of fresh mint.

Here's what you need:
- 2 mint leaves (for muddling)
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz Jameson
- 1 1/2 oz apple c***r
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Mint sprig for garnish

Here's how to make it:
1. Place mint leaves and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and muddle well to release the oils and aroma.
2. Add Jameson, apple c***r, and lime juice.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
4. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
