It's Labor Day, and if you're looking for a simple, fizzy drink to enjoy your day off, this Summer Shandy comes together in minutes with just a few ingredients.

Here's what you need:
-4 oz Campo Viejo Brut (or your favorite brut)
-1½ oz Absolut Juice Strawberry
-2 oz lemonade
-Ice
-Strawberry slices, lemon wheels, and pink peppercorns for garnish

Here's how to make it:
1. Build in a wine glass over ice.
2. Add the Brut, Absolut Juice Strawberry, and lemonade.
3. Garnish with strawberry slices, lemon wheels, and pink peppercorns.

Will is taking a deeper dive into our Cabernet selection, and there is a lot of ground to cover. Napa has gotten expensive, and Sonoma is creeping up in price, so we are always on the lookout for great alternatives that deliver the same quality without the sticker shock.
