Hazy Hatchet is back on target. 🎯

This New England-style IPA is loaded with Sabro hops for waves of coconut, citrus, and soft tropical fruit. Smooth and juicy with a little wild edge—just how we like it.

Brewed in collaboration with and their founder David, who also happens to be an Elephant Parade member and longtime supporter of the brewery.

Now pouring in the taproom and available in cans to go.

They’re back on the shelf and looking delicious.

The pepperoni-labeled version of Detroit-Style has officially been restocked in the taproom. Same Midwest IPA inside. The label that had people asking if it actually tasted like pepperonis is back. We’ll let you decide for yourself.

As tradition goes, we open our doors on Tuesdays post-Flower Day to carry the season forward—one pint at a time.

From 4–10 PM, settle into the rhythm of spring in Detroit with a glass of Pineapple Market Day IPA. A hazy pour kissed with fresh pineapple, citrus, and a breeze of sweetness—it’s sunshine in a glass, brewed to match the mood.
