Some folks asked, so here is the complete recipe for Holiday Sangria

750ml light/fruity wine
1/2 C orange brandy
1/4 C sugar
1 C fresh cranberry
1 apple medium diced
1 orange sliced
2 sprig fresh rosemary
2 cinnamon stick
2 anise pods
10 cloves
500ml club soda

Combine all ingredients (except club soda) cover and refrigerate overnight.
add soda and serve
