We’re fortunate enough to have a Mr. B’s Wine and Spirits Exclusive from for the 2023 vintage!

In 2010, connected with Stolpman and campaigned to plant Trousseau on Ballard Canyon Limestone, which now accounts for 3.5 acres at Stolpman.

While Trousseau is a variety usually associated with the Jura in France, this is a killer expression from Central California. Huge notes of strawberry, and a light minty-ness. It’s light on its feet, and it’s so delicious. Come in and grab a bottle!

We are excited to announce our upcoming Mr. B’s Wine and Spirits Fall Wine Tasting! Join us on Thursday, October 17, we will be pouring a wide array of wines! This wine tasting gives you the opportunity to taste over 40 wines, representing multiple countries, grape varieties, and styles of wine. Maybe you’ll find your next favorite grape, producer, or even favorite bottle! Tickets to this event are $40, and ticket sales benefit Walk With Me, an important non profit that provides support to families through turbulent times. Come hang out with us at Stanley Marketplace on October 17th and drink some wine with us!

Distiller: Eleuterio and Eduardo Perez
Region: El Nanche, Oaxaca
Agave: Madrecuixe (agave karwinskii)🪴
Milling: By hand with machetes and wooden hammers ⚔️🔨🪵
Fermentation: In cypress tanks with well water
Distillation: Double distilled in copper alembic still
Tasting Notes:
Nose: dried herbs, lavender, guava🌿🟣
