🌟 Exciting news at Sports & Spinal Wellness Center! 🌟

We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Lindsey Burnett-Hooper to the team! A graduate of Parker University, Dr. Lindsey is passionate about helping patients of all ages—especially athletes—feel stronger, healthier, and more empowered in their wellness journeys.

With certifications in Active Release Technique (ART), low-force, Activator, Diversified, and SOT chiropractic techniques, she blends hands-on care with tools like cupping, Gua Sha, kinesiology taping, and custom exercise plans to maximize recovery and performance.

Dr. Lindsey’s journey to chiropractic care began in 2017 after a career in medical device sales. She’s worked with military veterans at the Dallas VA Hospital and spent the last two years refining her craft at Trophy Chiropractic in Texas.

Now, this former collegiate basketball player and Texas native calls the Capital Region home. When she’s not helping patients, you’ll find her weightlifting, practicing jiujitsu, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with her spouse, two kids, and their lovable English Bulldog.
