Owner here,

I’m out here lighting up a smoker I’ve never used before to make a recipe I made up on the fly a few days ago. I’m a judge for our smoking competition tomorrow so this won’t be a submission, but I’m bringing it in for all to eat. Wanna make a better smoked food than me? You’ll never have a better chance. I have valiantly lost several smoking competitions and successfully fed hundreds if not thousands of people with my meat. Prizes for tomorrow include hundreds of dollars of locally sourced meat gift cards, barleys bucks, Fat Heads Beer, and even Guardians tickets.

The best prize, though, is the experience. Even if you’re not competing, come out and try some delicious food made by people with a real passion for smoking. I know they have a passion for it cause it’s raining, not particularly warm out, and like me they’re out in their yard, (hopefully) drinking delicious beer, and making the best food they can.

Judging begins at 2 PM, but the real grand prize is for people’s choice.

Our smoking competition with Fat Heads is tomorrow! Judging begins at 2 PM so have your submission here by then. There will be prizes for First Place in the judging, second place, and then people’s choice, so make sure you bring enough for the audience to try a bite and vote for you. We’ll see you tomorrow!
