The Wahoo! Wine team is coming together to bring you Wine 101: a back-to-basics tasting perfect for brushing up on the essentials or building a solid wine foundation.
We’ll walk you through the must-know grapes, decoding tasting notes, and what to actually pay attention to when someone says “terroir.” From swirls to sips, we’ve got you covered — and yes, there will be a pop quiz…just kidding. The only POP will be from a bottle or two!
No textbooks, no pressure — just a fun night of wine and learning with the folks who drink it for a living. Cheers to wine school that actually tastes good. 🍇

Join us on Thursday, July 24th for a special Christmas in July Wine Tasting — a celebration of indulgence, elegance, and a little midsummer magic.
We’re pouring wines fit for a holiday table (or just Thursday night):

Manjula deSilva calls himself a “professional student of wine” because there is always something new to learn about wine and the wine industry. For the last nine years he has been the southeast regional rep for the Klet Brda Winery; he educates consumers and professionals on the wines of Slovenia with a bottle in one hand and a map in the other. Before that, Manjula managed the wine department for several stores around Atlanta including the Sherlock’s Wine in Decatur. Come learn about Slovenia and taste what they have to offer!
