Guys, it’s my 3 year anniversary at the shop. As a recently appointed whiskey gatekeeper, I take my job very seriously. As such, I told Alec & Lucky to get us something really special for the occasion - and they did not disappoint!

Quite possibly the only bottle we’ll ever get, Springbank 30 delivers pure liquid excellence from start to finish. Notes of lemon peel and tropical fruits swirl together with Turkish delight and rich peat smoke, all finishing with flavors of succulent figs and crisp mint leaf.

London Spirits Competition 2025 tequila of the year winner Gran Orendain Reposado. One of the oldest still family owned distilleries in Jalisco. Additive free and following the artisan methods of tequila distillation.

2025 World Whiskies Best Single Malt of the year winner 12yr Glenallachie, Alec’s personal favorite Scotch distillery as well ran by the Famous Billy Walker.

Then he wanted to bring in some Scotch from his recent visit to Scotland. He brought in Clydeside’s whole single malt lineup! They do most of their aging in ex bourbon casks that previously held Willett so he’s a bit partial 😂
