May Cocktail of the Month: The Dockside Cooler

🥒 May Cocktail of the Month — The Dockside Cooler 🍹

May on Daufuskie calls for something cool, crisp, and easy to make. This month's cocktail is just that, light, refreshing, and built for warm days on the water.

Here's what you'll need:
🧊 2 oz vodka (our Mudd R Shucker aged rum for a local twist!)
🥒 3–4 cucumber slices
🍋 ½ oz lime juice
🫧 Club soda to top
🌿 Optional: mint sprig

To make it:
1️⃣ Lightly press the cucumber slices in your glass
2️⃣ Add ice
3️⃣ Pour in your vodka and lime juice
4️⃣ Top with club soda and give it a quick stir
