Welcome to CCCFlavors - Your Destination for legal H**p products
Help us save H**p Plants and THE H**P Market. States Were told in the 2018 Farm bill to regulate H**p in their state. Federal definition of regulate: In the context of federal law, "regulate" generally means to control or direct an activity or process by establishing rules or guidelines. It involves setting standards, procedures, or requirements for an activity to ensure compliance with federal laws and policies. Essentially, it's the process of governing conduct within a specific area of responsibility, often by federal agencies. https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/regulation

The Ga State Legislator for example: violated this provision by changing federal definitions to control H**p as a retail commodity by further stopping the sale of certain parts of the original definition and also limit aspects of the available types of finished products.

-The term ‘h**p’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. -

Once the Dept of Agriculture approves the plant as H**P, because it met this guideline, it is officially in the stream of commerce. Adding or removing (THC-A) or any other "cannabinoid found in the plant" is protected by this Federal definition of H**P. AND is Removed from the CSA {Controlled Substance Act} List. A state can not say what is part of the CSA. In summary: The DEA, HHS, and various stakeholders, including the public, can all initiate changes to the CSA list, and Congress can also directly enact legislation to modify the schedules. IT TAKE AN ACT OF CONGRESS. Controlling THC-A by saying it becomes Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol is not Correct and this type of testing for the Future possible availability of Delta 9 is not how H**P is Tested, that is How Ma*****na is tested, because they are trying to give an estimate of how strong the plants Total THC Constancy will be and not just Delta 9, but all THC's. It is not an exact science AND IS NOT A (CSA) REQUIRED TEST. This is Why, "Labs Know What the THC Delta 9 molecule is and test specifically for it in the plant prior to and after harvest", before it is put into the commerce stream of business.

Any And all changes to federal definitions is not required to regulate a commodity and is not what the 2018 farm bill requested of the states or THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE... The federal definition of "regulate" in relation to states and the Department of Agriculture, primarily through the Commerce Clause, grants Congress the power to prescribe rules and conditions for interstate commerce. This power extends to regulating activities that have a substantial economic effect on interstate commerce or if the cumulative effect of such activities could impact commerce. Essentially, it means Congress can establish regulations governing how commerce is carried out between states, including interstate trade, transportation, and even some activities within a state that affect interstate commerce.

Supremacy Clause: This clause of the Constitution establishes that federal law is supreme to state law when there is a conflict.
Preemption: Federal law can displace or preempt state law when there is a conflict.
Commerce Clause: This clause grants Congress the power to regulate commerce among the states.
These examples demonstrate that state laws can be overturned when they interfere with the federal government's authority to regulate interstate commerce and other areas within the scope of federal law. This includes directing the Department of agriculture to enforce State laws, instead of Federal laws, there are literally hundreds of examples where commodities have been controlled by a state using the Department of Agriculture or other Federal entities for a limited time, until the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) Stepped in and stuck down state legislation for violating Federal legislation IE: Onions (Vidalia), Oranges, Grapes/Raisins, Wheat, now H**P AGAIN... Yes money is still made using H**P Fibers.

FIGHT FOR H**P!!! Use the links below to tell the Federal Trade Commission that Georgia legislation is violating Federal laws by changing the definition of H**p to what they want it to mean because law enforcement cant tell the difference between Ma*****na and H**p... The state also in conjunction with the Dept of Agriculture have had several other bills written that say Medical h**p program processors can sell flower, if you have a pharmacy license or have a medical dispensary permit. How about letting retail stores with h**p licenses to sell h**p products to sell any product verified as derived from h**p, by any h**p licensed h**p grower/manufacturer h**p licensed person/company. The Department of motor vehicles is unified, why isn't the Dept of Agriculture??? How is it commodities from other states that do not meet the state of Georgia's guidelines for h**p and are being blocked from the market, except for the chosen few approved by a medical commission? Easy Answer is they should of called it Ma*****na in their medical bill, but fear the DEA taking their Medical/Pharmacy licenses for selling products not on the CSA, NOPE. They want to require only Medical/Pharmacy Licenses/Degree required Trades to control the H**p market here. and tell everyone not part of the Medical/Pharmacy group in GA to buy a license to sell only the H**p products they approve of (monopoly)!!! When the DEA makes ma*****na a schedule 3 on the CSA, they will have their chance, but instead they want to stop competition by controlling the H**p market.

Maybe it has something to do with big interest/Lobby Groups needing to control, Cows, Lumber, To***co plants, H**p, Ect. and having state legislators write bills to restrict their competitions growth!

So They violated the FAR ACT...

The FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) is a set of regulations that govern how the U.S. federal government acquires goods and services. It provides uniform policies and procedures for federal acquisition activities, applicable to most agencies in the Executive Branch. The FAR ensures the government's acquisition process is conducted with efficiency, fairness, and integrity.

And in Relevance to the State of Georgia: The Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (FBPA), specifically O.C.G.A. § 10-1-390 et seq., prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of trade or commerce, including those involving commodities. The FBPA aims to protect both consumers and businesses from such practices. Why is the Enforcement not enforcing????

Every state in the USA has a Fair Business Practice Act. But WHO is the Enforcement???-

The Interstate Commerce Act, enacted in 1887, was initially enforced by the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC). The ICC was created by the act itself to oversee railroad operations and investigate complaints about unfair practices and rates. While the ICC's initial powers were limited, it marked the beginning of federal oversight of industry. The Surface Transportation Board, part of the U.S. Department of Transportation, now handles some of the remaining regulatory functions that were previously with the ICC.
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is primarily responsible for enforcing regulations related to interstate commerce of commodities, specifically focusing on futures, options, and swaps.
Use this website and if/when the state is found to have violated the law, you get PAID for Whistleblowing!!! https://www.whistleblower.gov/overview link is below as well as Ga Federal trade commission. USE both links and download the Enforcement Manual to compare the bills passed by Ga regarding h**p and the violations they have made... There are a lot and ultimately this will fall on the Dept of Agriculture Commissioner, Head of his enforcement and every Legislator that voted for the violation to be possible, This is why Legislators Vote, "NO" to certain bills... They are held accountable for their Yes Votes...

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission's (CFTC) Whistleblower Program, created by the Dodd-Frank Act, provides monetary incentives to individuals who come forward to report possible violations of the Commodity Exchange Act. It also provides anti-retaliation protections for whistleblowers. The CFTC...
