Bar & Garden Dallas is a small-batch spirits, natural wine and craft beer store that also sells barware, glassware and plants.

At Bar & Garden, we carry only wines that use no herbicide, pesticide or fungicide in the vineyard, along with bar supplies, plants and other gift items that have a sense of place. We also carry small-production spirits, chocolate, bitters, shrubs and craft beer, but nothing that uses any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

UPDATE! Well folks, we looked at our books and realized it just made more sense for us to pack it in early and allocate our resources to the new space than to stay open
until the end of June.

That means we will be open one last weekend and plan on closing up shop next Wednesday the 31st. We will be open on Monday, Memorial Day too from Noon-6pm.

Join us on Saturday as we open up a random selection of items none of which we have any details about because it all depends on what we have left in our inventory. Our spirits are moving quickly though we still have a lot of the basics in stock AND we still have a lot of wine to move through!

And now for the sentimental..

Everyone that walks in to our shop can feel that we are different and that is very intentional. When opening Bar & Garden, we knew that we wanted to provide better options that provided a superior experience and were anchored in transparency and affordability. More importantly, we knew that we wanted to create an environment of inclusivity, warmth and kindness. We wanted to welcome everyone to a space that is historically and presently, inaccessible to most. We wanted you to KNOW that you belong. In return we have been rewarded the honor of meeting and connecting with some of the best humans put on this earth.

We have made incredible friendships that will last a lifetime.

We have been right beside you with your ups and your downs and you with ours.

This is not goodbye, though we will miss you until we are able to open up our new space.

Please stop by to say hi in the next few days. Julie, Caressa, Aaron and Alex will be there on Saturday to say farewell for now.

It is almost here and we CAN’T WAIT! We are headed to Austin next week to attend the and conference and encourage any and all wine industry professionals to join as well! Bar & Garden is Moving!!!
Yes, for real this time.

After 6+ years in our oasis on Ross we are finally packing up and moving down the street! Our last days at the Ross location are coming to a close late June and we wanted to give everyone ample time to stock up and get the scoop on the new space.

We are moving to 1900 NORTH Haskell across from Loro and Ebar on the same side of the street as Dolly Python! We are going to restore the building to its original glory with retail on the bottom floor and offices on top and ample parking in back for both. We are leaving our Ross location June 30th(our lease is up). We don't have a re-opening date yet, but you will be the first to know when we are ready to open our doors to you.

We will still be hosting our weekly Saturday tastings until we move but they will be from 12pm-5pm going forward! We will be fully operational until that last week in June when we anticipate a liquidation sale💸💸

We will have a grand re-opening as soon as the new space is ready and will make sure to keep everyone in the loop on our progress. Stay tuned for more updates!

Back by popular demand, we are tasting blind this weekend!   Test your tasting skills and try three different wines and see if you can tell what's what. Great for beginners and pros, blind tasting allows us to use our senses to make conclusions without bias. We also tend to pay closer attention to all aspects of the wine without suggestion. These are always fun and informative but it doesn't stop there...

We are also tasting two different batches of new limited release bourbons. These are made in the most beautifully restored distillery in Frankfort Kentucky. Great for a gifting as very little is released into the market.

Ready to learn some no fuss tequila recipes this Summer for you and your guests? Join bartender Benj Pocta at Bar & Garden and learn how to mix a handful of delicious and easy three-ingredient agave-based mixed drinks. From bubbly to boozy, this class will have something for everyone.
The class is Thursday, May 4, from 6pm to 8pm and will include instruction and sampling of 3 cocktails. Must be 21 years of age to purchase. Tickets in bio!
