With Texas Senate Bill 3 (SB3) looming, we’re making a strategic move to online-only so we can stay flexible and adapt quickly if the law passes.
SB3 hasn’t passed yet, but if it does, it could outlaw products with even trace amounts of Delta-9. By shifting away from a physical storefront, we’ll be better positioned to respond quickly to changing regulations — and keep serving you without disruption.

🚨 Texas H**p Update: It’s Not Over Yet 🚨

The situation with Senate Bill 3 (SB3) is serious — but there’s still hope.

As many of you know, SB3 began as a near-total ban on h**p-derived products. The Texas House tried to revise it to protect small businesses and consumers, but a last-minute amendment pushed it back to its original, harmful form. The bill has passed the House and is heading back to the Senate — and there’s talk they may add an immediate effect clause, meaning the ban could go into effect as soon as Governor Abbott signs it. This would criminalize possession of many products, with penalties of up to one year in jail.

But don’t give up yet. Here’s what gives us hope:
✨ Hometown Hero is preparing to file legal injunctions to block or delay this harmful law.
🖊️ Governor Abbott still has the power to veto this bill — and we’re holding out hope he will.
