Pineapple Sunset Spritz

Ingredients:
2 oz coconut rum (or vodka, if preferred)

1 oz fresh lime juice

¾ oz cherry syrup

½ oz orange liqueur (optional, for depth)

3 oz sparkling water or club soda

Ice

Garnish:
Dried pineapple slice

Candied orange twist

Instructions:
Fill a shaker with ice and add coconut rum (or vodka), lime juice, cherry syrup, and orange liqueur.

Shake well for about 10-15 seconds.

Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with sparkling water or club soda.

Stir gently and garnish with a dried pineapple slice and a candied orange twist.
