Perfect Lemon Drop Martini

• 2 ounces quality vodka (preferably citron vodka)
• 3/4 ounce Cointreau or triple sec
• 1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 3/4 ounce simple syrup
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• Zest from 1 lemon

🍁🥓 Maple Bacon Bourbon Smash
Ingredients
2 ounces bourbon

1/2 ounce maple syrup

1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

2 dashes Angostura bitters

1 strip crispy bacon

2 fresh sage leaves

Ice

Bacon strip

Sage sprig

Instructions
In a shaker, gently muddle the crispy bacon and sage leaves

Add bourbon, maple syrup, lemon juice, bitters, and ice

Shake well until chilled

Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice

Garnish with a bacon strip and a fresh sage sprig

Ingredients
2 oz gin

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz lavender syrup

1/2 oz elderflower liqueur

1 egg white (optional, for a silky texture)

Edible flower petals for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions
In a shaker, add gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup, elderflower liqueur, and egg white if using.

Dry shake (no ice) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe or sour glass.

Garnish with edible flower petals on top.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz limoncello
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
