Today is a big day! We are officially open for tours of our distillery and gift shop purchases! Our hours are now 11-7 Wednesday - Saturday and 12-5 Sundays. We will be doing all of our operations out of our new building for the next few months and our grand opening and ribbon cutting will be in just a few short weeks!

To celebrate National Bourbon Day, Fathers Day, AND the grand opening of the first operational bourbon distillery in Covington, Kentucky in over 100 years, over the next week we are offering an exclusive, ticketed experience limited to just 20 participants. This unique event will feature our classic blending experience, elevated by the inclusion of single barrel, barrel proof bourbons aged between 7 and 13 years. Participants will craft their own blend under expert guidance, and upon completion, each group will receive a single golden ticket granting the right to purchase a highly coveted 16-year-old “Packard Proof” single barrel bourbon. This exclusive single barrel will be released on our grand opening in mid July. Please note, only one ticket will be provided per group, regardless of its size. The mashing process: one of the first steps in crafting a truly exceptional spirit. Hot water & milled grain (grist) are mixed together to extract sugars from our grain for future fermentation & distillation!
