Next on our "Meet the Team" series is our leader of the production side, our head distiller Mac Harris!
Born in Michigan, Mac moved to Cincy/NKY for grad school in 2013 to pursue his masters in French horn. He started in the industry during this time brewing beer for Eight Ball brewery. After Eight Ball, Mac moved on to wine sales briefly, then ultimately to distilling with our friends New Riff Distillery. Mac took the reins at Wenzel Distillery in November of 2024 and we can't wait to share what he's created with the world!
