The Corunna Middle School Cross Country team ran very well at the Greater Flint Invitational yesterday.
The Top 7 Corunna boy runner each had personal records to help the team win it’s 3rd straight, small school division championship. Payton Chandler (6th), Earl Hanson (11th), Deacon Thompson (17th), Ben Hanson (19th), Nolan Carr (34th), McKinley Springer (47th), and Ezra Nellis (51st) were Corunna’s runners in that race.
In the JV race, Corunna had Sarabdil Chauhan, Caden Gwinn, Carson Duffield, Reid Binger, Jackson Donnelly, Elliott Carr and Khalsa White finished in the top 25 to earn medals.
Pacing Corunna’s Girl runners was Isla Sule who finished 14th in the small school division.

Coach Nellis & Coach Mesh will have their team back on the run this Tuesday at the League Meet which is being held in Lapeer.
