Pumpkin Spice Mead. This baby took forever to ferment… okay, about a month for primary fermentation. It was not your typical violent fermentation, but more of a gradual, consistent fizz. Slight notes of pumpkin and orange on the nose, this mead tastes like orange up front with a pumpkin pie finish (pumpkin + spices). 🎃🍂
