Pumpkin Spice Mead. This baby took forever to ferment… okay, about a month for primary fermentation. It was not your typical violent fermentation, but more of a gradual, consistent fizz. Slight notes of pumpkin and orange on the nose, this mead tastes like orange up front with a pumpkin pie finish (pumpkin + spices). 🎃🍂

Pumpkin Spice Mead 🎃hoping it’s not done fermenting 🤞🏻 started at SG: 1.090, and when I checked it 3 days ago, we were only to 1.030. 😬 Smells like orange, notes of ginger, and pumpkin!

When the raspberry is SO good, you opt for 5 gallons… had our first fermentation explosion, and wow—literally went from minimal fermentation to a spewing volcano within hours. Rookie mistake.

Incoming: blackberry wine. Even though this fermented dry, it still has a delightful sweetness with notes of blackberry. Can’t wait to see this clarify, and retaste in a few months!
