Pistachio crusted stuffed chicken breast *
All natural air chilled chicken breast stuffed with baby spinach,sun-dried tomatoes,goat cheese,crusted with Sicilian pistachios ,blood orange beurre blanc .

Third course paired with Hall Cabernet Sauvignon
Ravioli Al caccio e Pepe with short rib *
Hand crafted ravioli stuffed with caccio e Pepe cream, Grana Padano fonduta,short rib marmalade,truffle snow,micro watercress.

Porcini crusted prime denver cut steak*
