Several times a year, Gary partners with some of South Florida's most talented chefs to create wine dinners that go beyond the ordinary.
On June 10, he's teaming up with Chef Keith from The Cook & The Cork for what may be the most ambitious pairing dinner we've hosted yet.
Five courses.
Five white Burgundies.
One grape.
Countless expressions.
Every wine comes from Burgundy, yet each tells a completely different story. Different villages. Different vineyards. Different personalities. Paired with five carefully crafted courses designed to highlight just how diverse Chardonnay can be.
As Gary puts it:
