Featured Wines:
Castel D’Or Brut Cava - Delicious with a richer taste than most cavas at this and even higher price points. Pale gold, greenish reflections. Medium intensity with apple and pear. A very enjoyable cava.
Bodega Pirineos Somantano 3404 Tinto - A blend or 65% Merlot, 20% Garnacha and 15% Moristel. Youthful, unwooded, and lightly aged to highlight fruit over oak. A Intense aromas of red fruits, white flowers, and a hint of spice or pepper. Light, fresh, and juicy with a vibrant, fruity, and mineral finish.
Piedras de San Pedro Loculto Crianza - Dark purple ruby colour. Loads of taste - dark red fruits such as cherry. Plenty of spices and tannin, and long on the palate.
Piedras de San Pedro Reserva - Cherry color well covered with garnet notes. Very balanced, complex, powerful and elegant at the same time, with aromas of jam, balsamic and chocolate. Extraordinary woodwork with perfect tannin, sweet, tasty, with a lot of concentration and meatiness. Long, and elegant, with excellent Ribera identity.
