Say hello to Overboard Charcuterie — Cooperstown’s mobile charcuterie cart! After months of dreaming (and cheese-tasting), our cart has arrived and we are ready to fill it to the brim!

Our cart will be filled with delicious meats, cheeses, fruits, crackers, pickles, sweets, paired with honey and jam to make the perfect personal charcuterie board!

Whether you’re planning a winery pop-up, private party, or picnic— we’re here to bring something special and unique to your event!
