Crown Royal Salted Caramel is finally back at Concordia Liquor Outlet 🙌

Jim Beam’s Sunshine Blend mixes classic Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon with a newer bourbon made with brown rice and aged four years. It's light and easygoing, so make it a ginger highball: bourbon over ice, topped with ginger ale and a squeeze of lime.

Winter Reserve is aged six years and finished in toasted barrels with notes of vanilla, cinnamon spice, and a little clove. That makes it a natural for an Old Fashioned: a splash of simple syrup, a couple dashes of bitters, and an orange peel.

Cool mornings, football on TV, and a pot of coffee going. What's going in your mug this weekend?

Some of our favorites right now: Fulton's Harvest Pumpkin Pie, Five Farms Irish Cream, and Evan Williams Spiced Apple. Deep Eddy Espresso is here, too, if you like your coffee with a little extra kick. And if you're the type who starts the holidays early, Evan Williams Egg Nog and Pennsylvania Dutch Egg Nog are another fun option!

New in the Jameson family: Distiller's Batch.

It's matured across five different oak casks - ex-bourbon, Oloroso sherry, and virgin Irish, European, and American oak - which gives it way more depth than the standard bottle. Think toasted oak, salted caramel, and baking spice up front, then dark chocolate, cinnamon, and orange peel underneath. Bottled at 92 proof.

Good sipped neat or dropped into a Manhattan if you want to see what it does to a classic.

Forgive us for we have sinned…..you're welcome.

Original Sin has been making c***r since 1996. One of the original modern-day American c***ries, they’re still independently owned and still using 100% freshly pressed New York apples in everything they make. That apple base is the thread running through their whole lineup, even when they dress it up with something unexpected.

Black Widow blends blackberries into the apple, giving it a tart, fruit-forward complexity. Not an overly sweet c***r by any stretch - more of a tangy sipper.

Pineapple Haze goes tropical instead, letting pineapple's natural sweet-tart balance play against the apple's acidity for something brighter and more refreshing.

Fall's creeping in and c***r season's right around the corner. Come get tempted.

Some heavy hitters from Starlight Distillery just arrived!

The Mizunara Cask just took home Double Gold at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, scoring a 99. Doesn’t get much better than that. The rare Japanese oak gives this bourbon a character you can't get from a standard barrel - notes of sandalwood, coconut, warm spice.

The 10 Year is a different kind of milestone: a decade of patience from a family-run distillery that grows its own grain and runs everything through an old-school copper pot still. It's not a gimmick, it's Starlight showing what time and true craft actually do to a bourbon.
