Folly of Man Pinot Gris, Eola-Amity Hills, Willamette, Oregon- A textured white w**e with notes of vibrant perfume, persistent tropical notes, and a lingering mineral laden finish.
Corvidae "Ravenna" Riesling, Yakima Valley, Washington- A vibrant expression of Washington Riesling, balancing bright aromatics with lively acidity. Aromas of white peach, lime zest, and jasmine lead into flavors of apricot, honeydew, and crisp green apple. A touch of natural sweetness is harmonized by a zesty mineral finish, making this w**e refreshing and versatile. Perfect as an aperitif, it also shines alongside spicy cuisine and fresh seafood
Corvidae "Lenore" Syrah, Columbia Valley, Washington- Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and black plum are layered with hints of smoked meat, cracked pepper, and subtle spice.
