ONE WEEK FROM TODAY!

On Monday July 21st from 1-5pm, we're hosting an epic wine tasting and party in Bicentennial Square with our friends and neighbors 🍷🧘‍♀️☀️.

We love Dave Matthews Band and this giant celebration corresponds with their two shows in Gilford. However, you don't have be a fan to enjoy. This FREE event is an opportunity for the community to come together and enjoy summer!

This year's event is bigger and better than ever. Here's what you can look forward to:

1-5pm: FREE wine tasting with Emily from Vinilandia inside at Wine on Main

1-2pm: Yoga by donation with Blossom Yoga & Wellness in the Square. Just bring your own mat!

2:30-4:30pm: Live music by Concord resident and talented musician Kevin Horan

All afternoon: Enjoy pop-up shops like La Mia Mano Jewelry, Magic Lantern Memories, and East Coast Caravan Community

Granite State Glizzys will also be here with delicious made from scratch eats for purchase.

Capitol City Tattoos will be open for select walk-in tattoos all afternoon! (For purchase)

All afternoon, you can enter to win prizes. 100% of proceeds go to CASA of New Hampshire. CASA of NH will also be here to tell you more about their non-profit organization which provides advocates for children in need.

Keep the festivities going with Dave Matthews Band trivia at Penuche's Ale House from 6-8pm.

FREE Tasting THIs Saturday 1-4pm! These are the brand new delicious wines that you'll be able to try.

Tabali Sauvignon Blanc, Maipo, Chile- Single vineyard premium wine from Chile. Crisp and refreshing with flavors of green apple, tropical fruits, and impressive minerality.

Floriography "Blooming White", South Africa- An explosion of aroma and flavor. It has flavors of green apple, apricot, and subtle florals. A well-balanced wine with fresh aromatics and crisp acidity.

Floriography "Blooming Red", South Africa- A fruit driven blend. Expect a wine filled with ripe plums, raspberry and hints of dark chocolate with smoky nuances leaving a sweet creamy texture. The juicy tannins make this wine approachable.

Tabali Cabernet Sauvignon, Maipo, Chile- Another single-vineyard offering from Tabali. Medium-bodied yet rich with flavors of dark fruit and hints of spice. Your new favorite summertime red to pair with juicy steaks from the grill.

Who loves summer reading? 📕 Who loves wine? 🍷 Who loves wine and summer reading? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

Wine on Main book club night returns on Tuesday July 29! We will be reading Nine Perfect Strangers by Liane Moriarty, author of Big Little Lies. Nine Perfect Strangers has also been adapted into a hit show on Hulu starring Nicole Kidman. Season 1 earned widespread success and Season 2 just debuted this May.

Wine on Main book club nights include:

-Fun guided discussion by local writer and author Jocelyn Winn of the Eleventh Letter

-A wine tasting featuring 4 wines that are inspired by the book

-Light snacks

-Take home goodies for your reading and writing journey

All are welcome and we hope you join us for this fun event.

Our July wine class is next week! Choose the date that works best for you- Tuesday July 8th or Wednesday July 9th. All wine classes include 6 wines, light snacks, and fun education. $35pp- Links in bio to register!

The theme of this month is all about "the future of wine." What new technologies are being implemented? Who are the winemakers to watch? What trends are we seeing in the market?

Here are just a few things you can look forward to:

-Try premium wines from one of California's natural, urban wineries

-Taste brand new wines from Portugal's Douro Valley and learn how producers are tackling climate change

-Be transported to the coast of France with delicious Provencial-style rose that's also good for the planet

-Samples wines from one of Argentina's most esteemed winemakers who is also doing her part to give back to the country and make the vineyard its own community with schools, healthcare, and other initiatives

That's a wrap on the 51st Annual Market Days! I didn't get a ton of pictures because we were SO INCREDIBLY BUSY 🎉. Thank you all so much for coming out to our free wine tastings, supporting small business, and showing your love for Concord!

Special thanks to Ambra and Stephanie for pouring delicious wines, my mom and husband for helping out inside, and my friend Casey who got you all inside to sample wine on Saturday. Market Days is always an all hands on deck situation and I am so grateful to have such wonderful support 🙏.

I hope you all got to check out and as well.

Mia Donna Pinot Grigio, Italy- Fruity yet dry with mouth-watering acidity. Flavors of peach, apple, and citrus dance on the palate.

Fossil Point Chardonnay, Edna Valley, California- Juicy white nectarine notes on the palate, bursting with spice tones of star anise, ginger and orange peel. Perfect with shrimp, fresh scallops, or halibut.

Willajory Pinot Noir, Willamette, Oregon- Brand new to the state and an incredible price from an outstanding appellation. Juicy red berry and cherry notes balanced with the elegant earthy character of Pinot Noir.
