Celebrity Chef Day Howard | Mediterranean Soul Cuisine | Culinary Entrepreneur
Known throughout the Midwest as Chef Designer, I bring more than 20 years of culinary and hospitality experience to every table. Originally from New York and now based in Columbus, Ohio, I built my career working with country clubs, luxury hotels, catering companies, and hospitality brands before creating my own signature culinary experience.
Over the years, I’ve produced more than 3,000 catered events across the Midwest and beyond, serving everyone from corporate clients and community organizations to celebrities and high-profile guests. I’ve also helped launch several restaurants, combining culinary creativity with real-world operational experience.
I am a longtime member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and believe strongly in giving back to the industry. Through mentorship programs, cooking classes, and work with students from Bradford Culinary Institute, I’ve helped develop and inspire the next generation of culinary professionals.
My passion extends beyond food. I founded the Chef Designer brand to bring together food, culture, fashion, and personal style through custom apparel and chef-inspired merchandise.
In 2021, I opened Designer Kitchen, sharing my vision with the Columbus community. In 2025, I expanded with the launch of the Designer Chef Mobile Kitchen, bringing my cuisine directly to private events, festivals, and communities across the region.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple goal: create memorable experiences that bring people together. Whether through food, mentorship, fashion, or community engagement, the Chef Designer brand is built on creativity, culture, and connection.
