Update: Hearing Scheduled for April 28–30 — TRO Remains in Effect

We have an update on the upcoming court proceedings.

The hearing is now scheduled for April 28–30, and the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) remains in effect.

That being said we did have a few items that we have decided to restock and they are on discount just incase! If you have any questions feel free to message us, call the store, or come in person and i will gladly answer any question you have!

Guess What GUYS AND GALS!

Yesterday at 3:51 pm, a Travis County District judge signed a temporary restraining order to PAUSE the new h**p rules! That is until April 23rd at 9am, When the injunction hearing is!

Seeing the amount of fluctuation in the industry, it is good to have these products back for at least 12 days!

We have been asked a few times and we have finally decided that we will not be opened on easter day! (4/05/26)

We are going to take the day and spend it with family and rest!
Friday and Saturday we will run our Easter Discount to allow you to shop and save prior to the holiday!

Today (3/30) is the last day for smokeable h**p products to be sold in the state of texas. We are out of prerolls, flower, and refills (for looper and FVKD).

What we know so far is a lawsuit is coming, but we cannot guess what the outcome will be.

Gummies and drinks will be compliant and be able to be sold until the Federal Ban in November. Packaging laws and label requirements will be put in place as well, potentially limiting stock for a short time while manufacturers become compliant!

We strive to be fully compliant and allow our customers to continue to purchase fully legal products!
